What's MAGONOTE

Magonote is a traditional back-scratcher of Japan. People use this long and thin tool to scratch their back that they can't reach with their hand.
In Japan, there is an old saying: "reaching the hand out to itchy back". It means to solve a small but disturbing problem and this saying associates to the Magonote.
The name of this website, MAGONOTE, comprehends a wish that it can provide all necessary and useful information for foreign visitors to Kyoto, like a magonote to solve problems.
